Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Since our clothing ships directly from our suppliers, please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, was damaged in transit, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours at nidanimasalex@gmail.com with a photo, so we can resolve the issue quickly (replacement or refund, at no cost to you).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale or promotional items
  • Underwear, swimwear, and other items worn against the skin, for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Gift cards

If you have questions about a specific item, contact us before purchasing or returning it.

Exchanges (size, color, style)

The fastest way to get the right size or item is to return the one you have, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want — this gets you the correct item faster than waiting on a traditional exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. How quickly it shows up after that depends on your bank.
